1) Q: Are your buildings “ALL STEEL” construction or do you use wood?
A: Champion provides an ALL STEEL Pre-Engineered red iron I-beam building.

2) Q: What gauge sheeting do you use?
A: Generally we use 26 gauge sheeting with an option of 24 gauge. 24 gauge is used with a standing seam roof system.

3) Q: Does the building meet “my” building codes?
A: Yes – Every building is designed to meet or exceed all local building codes.

4) Q: What size buildings do you sell?
A: We sell any size! No job is too small or too large.

5) Q: How long before my building will be delivered?
A: 4 to 6 weeks – Depending on the size and if it is a custom or quick order size.

6) Q: Is there any cutting or welding involved?
A: Generally no – everything is pre-engineered meaning pre-cut and pre-drilled.






7) Q: Who unloads the building when it is delivered?
A: If you choose to have your building erected the erection crew
will unload the building. If you choose to erect your own building you will be responsible for unloading the building. It can be unloaded with a tractorwith forks, a bob cat, an all terrain forklift, or other equipment that has the capability of lifting between 2,500 – 3,000 lbs. The sheeting is the heaviest material.

8) Q: Do you offer interior liner panels?
A: Yes – in 26 or 29 gauge.

9) Q: Are your buildings clearspan with no interior columns?
A: We can design buildings up to ‘ wide without using interior columns. However a building that is wider than ‘ can lower the building cost by adding interior columns.

10) Q: Can I add on to my building at a later time?
A: If you think you may ever add on to your building you can be proactive and save money in the future by including an expandable mainframe endwall.

11) Q: What roof pitch do your buildings have?
A: 1:12 to 4:12 are standard roof pitches however we can do special orders for steeper roof pitches.
